The 1410 Fifth Ave. renovation project in Uptown continues, and we look forward to welcoming back the 26 women with physical and mental health needs who will call the building their home. A homecoming calls for a housewarming party – and you’re invited.
Wednesday, October 25th, at Hotel Monaco in Downtown Pittsburgh, Bethlehem Haven will hold a special after-work soiree to raise awareness and funding to cover the cost of room renovations and other needs that will make 1410 Fifth Ave. a home. We are excited to honor our longtime board member and Bethlehem Haven champion, John Lovelace.
Those interested in supporting the event as a sponsor or joining the host committee can contact Kate Colligan (Kate.Colligan@bethlehemhaven.org) or Roxy MtJoy (roxy@mtjoyconsulting.com).
We look forward to coming together as a community to recognize these milestones in Bethlehem Haven’s 40+ year history.
Housewarming Registry
Help make our residents’ new house a home. A donation to the Bethlehem Haven Housewarming Registry will provide the furnishings, decor, and soft goods that will give them beautiful, functional rooms of their own. From fluffy towels to convenient closets, we need your help to make sure each woman has the home that they deserve.

Underwriting Rooms
Each room at 1410 Fifth Avenue is being designed with the equity and dignity of our residents at forefront of all that we do. To that end, we’ve engaged designer Catherine Montague to work with the women to create rooms that give them beauty, pride, agency, and refuge.
This is no small task.
Each of the 26 rooms requires furniture, soft goods, and fixtures to fit the space and meet individual needs. We cannot do this without your support. A $3,000 gift fully underwrites one room from design to decor. Rooms can be underwritten by individuals, companies, clubs, or groups of friends. However you choose to underwrite a room, you are doing more than providing a place to stay for a woman in need; you are giving her a home. You are changing her life.
Your generosity now will have an impact on women for years to come, and will be recognized with a plaque dedication at 1410 Fifth Avenue, as well as in the hearts of the staff and residents.
Will you be the hero that gives someone a home?
